If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, we will happily provide a credit note, exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of dispatch for Australian and New Zealand customers and 21 days for other countries.
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

If you are local, we are happy for you to drop the items you want to return to reception at Clik Collective Warehouse, Mon-Fri 10am-5pm.
- Sorry - sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie and earrings cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Swimwear returns must be in an undamaged, unworn condition. All swimwear must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
If at any stage Dakota501 assess the return as unsuccessful the item will be return to the customer.
How Will A Refund Be Processed?
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding if applicable, original shipping cost) directly via the same method of payment used for the purchase. We will send you an email conforming the refund details.
Any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control)
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please send imagery of the item, order number and contact details to online. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution.
