Returns

All of the products on this site are top quality authentic brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.

However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your Returns Authorisation Number (RA#), unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition (see the Returns Terms and Guidelines below for more information).

The Process

Contact us at online@dakota501.com or 03 9529 5546 within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#). Please provide a brief explanation of your return/exchange, including your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

All items are to be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of your RA#. All returns are to be delivered to the following address:

Items received after the 14 day time frame will be assessed at our discretion. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

Returns Terms & Guidelines

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

All Items must be in original, resalable condition.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.

If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please make sure that your RA# is enclosed with your goods, as no RA# may result in your return not being processed.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you. 

How Will A Refund Be Processed?

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding if applicable, original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. We will send you an email or call you up regarding this.
