Please include your order number, and a note stating what action you require.

If you are local, we are happy for you to drop the items you want to return to reception at Clik Collective Warehouse, Mon-Fri 10am-5pm

- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days for Australian and New Zealand.

- Merchandise must be in saleable condition.

- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service.

- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

- Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost.

- In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you. 

- If at any stage Dakota501 assess the return as unsuccessful the item will be returned to the customer.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please send imagery of the item/fault, order number and contact details to as soon as possible.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding if applicable, original shipping cost) directly via the same method of payment used for the purchase. We will send you an email confirming the refund details. 

Any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control)
