DELIVERY OPTIONS
Same day dispatch on orders placed before 1:30pm on in-stock items - Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
1. Standard Australian delivery, 3-4 days, cost depends on the size and weight of the product.
2. Express Australian delivery, 1-2 days*, cost depends on the size and weight of the product.
*Please note that Australia Post & Express Post operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post uses the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee and can take up to 5 days to be delivered.

3. Free Shipping & Returns for orders over $70, available on orders within AUSTRALIA ONLY. Orders will be shipped via Standard delivery.
Delivery can take anywhere between 2-10 business days. If you’d like it faster, please call or email us and we may be able to provide a quote for a faster service. Generally speaking, the closer you are to Australia and to a capital city, the closer you can expect the item to arrive at the quicker end of that delivery estimate.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the estimated size and weight of your items. The prices listed above are just a guide. If you purchase more than one item, the shipping cost may increase. If this is the case, we will notify you via email and send you a shipping invoice.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. We will not offer a refund for missing or delayed items.
New Zealand - $29 (FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE $150 AUD) this is only for orders deemed standard by DHL.
If DHL charge extra for “remote” delivery the shipment will be delayed as we contact you for additional delivery charge payment options. If these additional shipment charges are not acceptable to you we can cancel the order.

We use a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, which means you pay an ex-tax price at the checkout and are subject to any relevant local duties and taxes once the parcel arrives at your country. Please feel free to contact customer service if you have any further queries.
WRONG ORDER DETAILS
Please contact us ASAP and we’ll see if we can intercept it! If you have entered the wrong shipping information and if the package is still in the warehouse, we can update the address. If the order has been dispatched, we will assist with a redelivery, depending on the status of the order. Please note that redirection can increase the delivery time for up to 5 days.
If a delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Dakota501 this can take up to 3 weeks. We can then re-book your order to the correct address.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed as we often fulfil our online orders from multiple locations. Generally, if you place an order before 1.30am, it will be sent that afternoon. With the exception of Saturday and Sunday. If you place an order after 1.30pm on Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be sent on Monday. During sale periods, processing time is closer to 24 hours.
TRACK MY ORDER
As soon as your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Keep in mind for Australia Post delivery service your tracking can take up to 7 hours to reflect your parcel's journey.
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to.
Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.

As Dakota501 does not take responsibility for loss or damaged items during transit none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it. We recommend having it delivered to your work instead.
